um... this is the first time to use blogger.com...
From my point of view, its user- friendly !!!
its direct, and clear, there wasnt any tricky part which make user confuse...
and blogger.com will translate to different language,
depending on your computer preferences.
Moreover, you are able to use html and java to personalize your blog...
Overall, this is a good bloging site
for beginniners who are trying to create their own blog.
